Mizuno PACM Relay - Training Session

In conjunction with Mizuno PACM Relay , 3 training sessions will be conducted by Tony Quay (0162742213 ) at Kg Pandan Track. The schedules are:

Venue : Wisma Belia dan Sukan  Kg Pandan Track
Tuesday and Thursday : 6.30 am to 7.30 am 
Sunday : 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

(Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to warm up )
