ReplyDeleteHello I'm a new expat teacher to the city and am looking for a local running club. Please could you provide some details of your next session and timings so I can come along and try?
ReplyDeleteMany thanks, Clare- claremccusker21@hotmail.co.uk
Hi Clare,
DeleteThe information on Regular Activities is quite current, in particular, the Planetarium and Sri Hartamas groups on Saturdays and Sundays respectively. Running speeds vary from 6.5 to 7.5 minutes per km.
