NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Fortieth (40th) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Pacesetters Athletic Club will be held at Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation, Lot 13490, Jalan Jenjarum, Taman Sea, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, on Saturday, 8 June 2024 at 3.00pm to transact the following businesses: -

 

AGENDA

 

1.      Welcome address by the President

 

2.      To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 39^th Annual General Meeting held on 27 May 2023

 

3.      To receive Report of the Executive Committee

 

4.      To receive and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st December 2023

 

5.      To appoint Office Bearers 2024/2026

 

6.      To appoint Auditors 2024/2026

 

5.      Other matters arising

 

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT for the purpose of determining a member who shall be entitled to attend this 40th AGM, the Club shall prepare a valid list of membership records as at 1st March 2024. Only a member whose name appears on the valid list of membership as at 1st March 2024 shall be entitled to attend the said meeting.
