Breakfast Run is back again and you are invited to come join us. We hope you have not gotten past your holiday mood. It's also a brand new year. Come and wish your friends a Happy New Year! It's also a good time to fulfil your new year resolutions :D

41st Anniversary Dinner

Dear PAC Members,

We are delighted to invite you to our 41st Anniversary Annual Dinner with a special out-of-town celebration in the charming resort town of Sungai Lembing, Kuantan!

This year, we’re reversing last year’s format and we’ll be heading out of KL for a memorable weekend of running, dining, and fellowship.

Highlights:

Club-provided bus from KL to Kuantan (min. 20 pax, max. 44 seats – first come first served). Non-members: RM50.

Bus Schedule (subject to confirmation once min. 20 pax is reached)

Departure from KL: Saturday, 25 Oct at around 8:00am

Return from Kuantan: Sunday, 26 Oct at around 1:00–2:00pm after hotel check-out, arriving back in KL by evening

Buffet Annual Dinner (25 Oct, Saturday evening)

18 main dishes

1 fruit pudding, 4 fruits, 4 kuih-muih, 1 tong sui, 2 beverages

Member Price: RM50 | Non-Member Price: RM100

Post-dinner fellowship & fun till late evening.

Sunday Adventure Choices (26 Oct):

1.                  Panorama Hill climb + breakfast in Sg Lembing town (self-pay).

2.                  Rainbow Waterfall trip (RM80 per person, pre-booking required).

Day 1 – Saturday 25 Oct

3:30 pm: Assemble at Lake Castle (Evening Walk/Run)

4:00 pm: Run/Walk begins

5:30 pm: Refreshments (fruit, snacks, drinks)

6:30 pm: Annual Dinner begins

11:00 pm: Event ends

Day 2 – Sunday 26 Oct

Option 1: Panorama Hill climb (6:00–11:00 am)

Option 2: Rainbow Waterfall trip (5:45 am–12:00 pm, RM80/pax)

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Forty-One (41^st ) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Pacesetters Athletic Club will be held at Birch, Ground Floor Jalan Damanlela Lot G10/11 Damansara City Mall, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, on Saturday, 21 June 2025 at 3.00pm to transact the following businesses: -

2.      To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 40^th Annual General Meeting held on 8 June 2024

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT for the purpose of determining a member who shall be entitled to attend this 40th AGM, the Club shall prepare a valid list of membership records as at 1st March 2025. Only a member whose name appears on the valid list of membership as at 1st March 2025 shall be entitled to attend the said meeting.
